God willing we will welcoming our 3rd - yes 3rd! - bundle of joy into this world. It feels just as crazy as it sounds. But good crazy.
At 10 weeks along, on January 13th, we shared our news with the girls. The following day we were planning on celebrating Nate's birthday with Bob and my parents by going out to dinner at his favorite steak place. So we had the girls make "Big Sister" and "Biggest Sister" puffy paint shirts. Then they got to wear them out the following evening at dinner to reveal our news. It was a fun and memorable experience. The girls are really excited about the idea of having a baby in the house but we do have a split preference on gender. Alayna wants a brother while Clara wants another sister. So at least one of them will be thrilled with what we get!
